  • The French pavilion at the World Expo in Dubai: solutions for a sustainable future!

    The French pavilion at the World Expo in Dubai will be open from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. For the first World Expo held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region, countries from all over the world have gathered in the United Arab Emirates to reflect on, propose and implement concrete solutions for humanity.

    France is taking an international cooperation approach and aims to link tradition and modernity, from the Enlightenment to technological innovation.
    The aim is to demonstrate France’s commitment to building tomorrow’s world through political, economic, cultural and social initiatives and actions.

  • European Climate Action Days 2016 – Tree planting ceremony (16th December 2016)

    On the occasion of the European Climate Action Day, the Embassies of France, the Netherlands and Germany organized on 16th December, in partnership with the European Commission Representation in Malta and with the support of the Ministry for Environment, a tree planting ceremony at the Marsaskala Family Park. This event took place in the presence of the Minister for Sustainable Development, the Environment and Climate Change Dr. José Herrera.
